At Accomco, we know how essential a trouble-free living is to our students. With this in mind we have invested in policies which will provide continuity of accommodation should the worst happen. We are also covered by a £2m policy in respect of any potential liabilities as the property owner in the event of unforeseen incidents involving tenants and their visitors.
Whilst we do not cover personal possessions, we guarantee that our representatives will be on hand 24 hours a day to deal with serious incidents such as floods or break-ins. Less serious issues will be dealt with during normal working hours.
Accomco Limited is a member of the National Landlords Association (No 44507). Our membership can be verified here. As a member, we subscribe to the NLA’s code of practice which includes the ability for tenants to complain about any aspects of our service which they feel has not been adequately addressed by ourselves. Our personnel have additionally achieved NLA Accredited Landlord status, ensuring their currency in all aspects of landlord and tenant relations. Where necessary, our personnel are also licenced to operate a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) by Southampton City Council (No LM0263). You can rest assured that we are a professional organisation, qualified to provide a troublefree student accommodation experience for your family whilst at Uni.
